Spa Hours of Operation:
Spring and Summer Hours (April – September Labor Day Weekend):
- Monday - Sunday 9:00am to 6:00pm (last appointment time is 5pm)
Spa Ventana al Mar is closed on Wednesdays

Fall and Winter Hours (September – March):
- Monday – Sunday 10am to 5:00pm (last appointment time is 4:30pm)
Spa Ventana al Mar is closed on Wednesdays

Payment Options
The spa accepts cash, Master Card and Visa.

Spa Cleanliness –Our clients can rest assure that all of our staff set high standards for cleanliness, sterilization and freshness throughout our spa. Our linens, equipment and tools used in each treatment are changed and cleaned for each patron.

Gratuities & Taxes
Gratuities are not included with any of our spa services or gift certificates. All gratuities are at the client’s discretion. Our spa receptionist will be happy to assist you with gratuities for your therapists. The local VAT (value added tax) of 11% will be added at the time of payment for your services.

Series Pricing
We offer discounts on series of many of your favorite body and skin treatments. This is perfect for those who wish to receive the benefits of progressive treatments on a regular basis or friends and couples that would like to share a series.

Gift Certificates

Edibles
Our spa has fruit and soft beverages available at all times. Some of our packages include cocktails and light snacks. A menu from Bobby’s Restaurant on property is also available.
