TREATMENT SELECTION
- We are happy to help you plan the perfect spa experience based your desires. To ensure availability please reserve your services as far in advance as possible. You may call our number from the US at 619-822-1032 or locally at 613-2523 or you can email us from our reservation page.
Arrival Time
- Please arrive 15 minutes prior to your appointment to allow yourself time to change into your robe and spa slippers provided for your comfort. Come 30 minutes prior to your appointment time if you would like to begin your journey of relaxation with a complimentary aromatherapy Lavender Sauna or Steam.
Late Arrivals
- Your appointment is reserved exclusively for you. In order to honor all of our guest’s spa experience, you will receive only the remaining time of your appointment.
Clothing Options
- While most guests are unclothed during their treatments, we respect your modesty preferences. Your body will be appropriately draped throughout your treatment.
We have an aromatherapy sauna and steam room for the use of our guests. You may disrobe to your own comfort level of course but if you prefer, bring your bathing suit. We also have a swimming pool and outdoor Jacuzzi just outside the spa. You may choose to incorporate sunbathing or a hot Jacuzzi with your time at our spa.
Cancellation Policy
- Should you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment, please notify us 4 hours in advance (24 hours for spa packages) to avoid being charged. No-shows will be charged for the full service or package.
Age Restriction
- Spa Ventana al Mar is designed to be an environment of relaxation and nurturing. We ask that you not bring children under the age of 10 years of age to the spa.
Cell Phones and Pagers
- To keep the calming and nurturing environment we ask that you turn off cell phones or pagers while you are at the spa.
Our Commitment to Service and Your Comfort
- The staff and Spa Ventana al Mar is here to provide you with an amazing relaxing and pampering spa experience. Please let us know if the pressure of your massage needs to be adjusted at any time during your treatment. If you would like the music volume or the temperature of the room adjusted, try to let us know prior to your treatment as we will need to leave the treatment room to make the adjustment. Do not hesitate to let us know anything else that would enhance your experience at our spa. We want you to leave totally satisfied..

Her 1 hour with you is world class and as good if not better than Ojai and other places I have been.
